The Stiftskeller St. Peter tucks up into the Mönchberg cliff, a cave-like cellar drenched in old-world ambiance – an appropriate setting for the oldest restaurant in Europe. (It’s been in service for 1,200 years.) The food is traditional, and the tables line dark, vaulted halls and an ancient courtyard.
