Adventure 4X4 Tours and Island Safari provide off-road tours in Land Rovers and Patrol Safaris. You travel through 10 of the11 parishes of Barbados, visiting areas not normally seen by visitors, particularly along the north and east coasts.
Tours begin at 8. 30 am and include a number of scenic stops where rum and fruit punch is offered. Lunch is provided at a local restaurant and the tour drops you back at your hotel at about 3.30 pm. Minimum age is five years old and an adult must accompany children five-12 years old. This safari offers many stops, including two on the beach and an opportunity for a swim after lunch at the local beach. 8 am to 2:30 pm. Daily departures.
Adults $77, children $47.50. Another alternative is the land and sea safari. This tour starts with a 4 x 4 Safari exploring the countryside and eastern coastline, then switches to the Tiami Catamaran to ride the waves. Next you relax in the sun, or swim, and snorkel with turtles.
