Paris Rando Vélo organizes free Friday night bike tours of the city; meet up at 9:30 pm at the Hôtel de Ville, 4th, M° Hôtel de Ville. In summer, you can rent a bike on the spot if you get there early enough (look for the cyclobus); other times of the year you’ll need to rent from a bike shop. The ride starts at 10pm sharp and goes in a circular scenic route around Paris, returning to the start at about 1am. There’s also a daytime ride every third Sunday of the month, beginning at 10:30 am, at the same location.
