From Euro 720, 160 very spacious rooms decorated in different styles, from Empire to Louis XVI; kidfriendly services. “Le Meurice” is under the stone arcades of the busy Rue de Rivoli, overlooking the Jardin des Tuileries. Its opulent Louis XVI décor and intricate mosaic tiled floors were spruced up during its recent extensive remodeling. Although always popular with movie stars and royalty, this Parisian institution has been wooing a younger, trendier clientele (the classical pianist in the lobby was replaced with a lounge DJ.
