This is a really charming apartment building on the Vieux Port, a serviced studio apartment with terrace rents for euro 700 per week which puts it in the range, less without maid service between January and June, Bouncing up to euro 1,500, Per week during the film festival, with another euro 1,500 added for the terrace which otherwise might be strung with a film advertising banner. If you time your visit to avoid the festival, you can stay like a film star here.
