North of the river, adjoining the Quartier Puymin and open the same hours, the Cathedral was started during the sixth or seventh century, in the Merovingian period, and, along with the Cloister, was rebuilt in the 11th and 12th century. It is considered one of the best examples of an early Romanesque cathedral in Provence.
