We’ve heard good reports about Côté Plongée, which operates from a small center on Graillon Beach, Cap d’Antibes. Their center gives access to both a private beach – with sun loungers, umbrellas, showers, a seafood restaurant and taxi-boat pickup – and a small, untouched public beach with natural calanques and clear waters that is off-limits to boats. They offer a range of dive packages, starting with a three-dive, open-water package at euro 145.
