14 rooms with television, covered parking. Logis de France gives this chef-owned hotel/restaurant three chimneys for good value meals and accommodation. Serge Peuzin is a Maître Cuisinier de France and his cuisine du terroir i.e., based on local specialties and ingredients menu at only euro 29 is not to be missed. He also makes his own glacé fruit the Apt specialty, which is sold in the hotel shop. The rooms are comfortable and old fashioned in a 19th-century French petit bourgeois sort of way. You half-expect someone’s maiden aunt, dressed in black silk, to show up offering her special cordial on a silver tray.
