Led by the Cipriani’s head chef, Renato Piccolotto, the Laboratory of Venetian Cuisine focuses on researching and teaching about traditional Venetian recipes. Several times each year, formal cooking courses are organized at the Cipriani where, through cooking demonstrations, participants learn to prepare mealsCipriani-style. The cooking program typically lasts six days and includes five nights accommodation at the Cipriani, formal dinners, cocktail parties, outings, and sometimes a visit to a wine cellar. This is an exclusive program, but worth noting that it is decidedly not hands-on.
