The winery specializes in European-style varietal and proprietary wines, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel, Muscat, Chardonnay, Sémillon, Pinot Noir, an Early Harvest Johannisberg Riesling, and Calcaine and Fruitwood. Wines are also bottled under a second label, Gran Val. Picnicking possibilities; also pétanque courts for bocce ball. Tasting and sales 10am-5pm daily; tasting fee: $5.00.
