Recreated 1880s railroad camp, with original 19th-century steam locomotives offering rides through miles of redwood forest. The camp was originally founded in 1835, and named for its boisterous community; the railroad arrived some years later, in 1875. The camp is now open to the public daily, with several special old-time events, including chuck-wagon barbeques, country music, square dancing, and melodrama theater. Open daily 9am-5pm. Cost for train rides is $18.00 adults, $12.00 children (3-12 years).
