30 terraced rooms with bath or shower, several with handicapped access, direct dial phone, hair dryer, automatic wake up, satellite TV, pool, tennis, boules, woodland paths, bar, sitting room and restaurant. Parking lot and garage. Breakfast and local room tax extra. A big, rambling white house set in acres of pine woods beside a wide stream. The Blanc family have run the hotel for four generations, which may explain the relaxed and unpretentious atmosphere. Guest rooms are large, comfortable and immaculate. The sprawling public rooms have a lived-in feeling that, depending on your age, could remind you of family vacations in the “country” when you were a child. The indoor/outdoor restaurant is an endless sea of tables that is very popular with locals for cuisine du terroir (regional cooking). The local Rotarians meet here every Thursday night–honest.
