There is no camping in St. Tropez, but in nearby Grimaud, you can’t see the forest for the tents. There are more than 3,500 emplacements, ranging from simple ope- air campsites and tent pitches to trailers, RV sites and small bungalows. “Prices range from about euro 14 to more than euro 20 for a space with electricity and waste water facilities for two people. Where you pitch your own tent in the open air facilities are usually limited to a shared source of running water and a sanitary block is also available near Grimaud. The best source of information on Grimaud’s numerous campsites is the town’s tourist information office, who provide details on dozens of sites.
