next to the harbor master’s offices in Port Santa Lucia, has a breezy, casual atmosphere and a good-value lunchtime special during the week. open year-round, closed Tuesdays. Three-course menus are budget- to medium-priced and feature such old standbys as moules marinères with French 1fries, salade niçoise, crême caramel and chocolate mousse. There’s also a good selection of seafood and shellfish.
