The Römischen Badruinen (Ruins of the Roman Baths), are underneath the current Friedrichsbad. The floor and wall heating systems of this soldiers’ bath are in excellent preserved condition and an exhibition explains the Roman bath culture. Both the historic Friederichsbad and the adjacent modern Caracalla Therme are open to the general public. See Adventures below.
