On Highway 12 after Verocé, turn right at the railroad tracks on the road that leads to Kóspallag. Once at Kóspallag, follow the signs. This is a European mountain log cabin lodge.Without balcony, 17,900 for double, with balcony, 21,900. SAT/TV, phones, mini-bar, sauna, pool, and the restaurant serves wild boar and venison, grilled at the covered terrace in summer, with 30 different wines. Aseparate lower-rated inn has kitchenettes at 35,000 HUF per night, with two or three beds and a shared bathroom. Bonus here is that they provide training in rafting and horseback riding, as wellas sledding and horsedrawn wagon excursions. There is also swimming in the outdoor Olympic pool, tennis courts, an adventure obstacle course, mountain bike trails, walking trails and a variety of other activities.
