Restaurante Pizarro has a name and location that attracts loads of tourists during the season. It has been around a lot longer than the tour buses, though, serving its specialty gallino trufada (hen stuffed with truffles) and, for all you vegetable lovers out there, a delicious tomato soup with figs and grapes. Opt for the menu a la carta (pick and choose) rather than the menu del día, which caters to the tourist crowd with inauthentic choices like spaghetti.
