For more than two decades, Hugo’s Cellar has been one of Las Vegas’ most romantic hideaways with the award winning wine list and the long stemmed red rose presented to each lady upon arrival, which seems to win the hearts of all the diners. Located just above the Four Queens casino, this dark and intimate spot features seasoned steaks aged 21 days and raspberry chicken with the finishing touch of light and dark chocolate-dipped fruits served with whip cream which brings every meal to a conclusion.
