At first glance, the restaurants look Asian, with bamboo walls, wicker furniture and a cooling waterfall. There are modern paintings and unusual candleholders throughout. Fixed-priced plates and daily specials are available, but your best bet is to choose your favorites (five to 15 selections) from the 40 combinations of vegetables, quiches, salmon, grilled steaks and cold pastas.
